The provider operates under the brand Miraj. For questions, claims, returns or support: hola@mirajperfumes.shop.

The site must be used lawfully. Minors should not make purchases without the authorization and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Descriptions, sizes, images and stock are intended to reflect the available product. An order may be rejected or cancelled for an obvious error, lack of stock or inability to fulfil it; any applicable amount already charged will be refunded.

Amounts are shown in MXN. The total is recalculated on the server before payment and includes applicable charges. Currently enabled methods are presented at Checkout (card, oxxo).

The configured standard rate is 150,00 MX$ and free shipping may apply from 1 500,00 MX$. Final charges and timing depend on destination and are shown or confirmed during checkout.

Operational conditions are published under Shipping & returns. In addition to Miraj's store policy, all non-waivable rights under applicable law are respected, including revocation rights where applicable.

A purchase is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is recorded. Miraj sends an electronic receipt or confirmation with the available order details.

Original content, visual identity, copy and Miraj materials may not be commercially reproduced without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Transactions in Mexico are subject to applicable Mexican consumer protection law and competent authorities where relevant.
